OneLaser, VertiGo, and Thunder Laser "Bolt" machines ship with the mirror bonded into its holder. That is the right call for shipping: a bonded optic arrives factory-aligned and cannot shift or rattle loose in transit. Once the machine is set up and running, though, it means the mirror and its machined aluminum mount are permanently a single part.

This holder is the maintenance-phase alternative. Machined from black anodized aluminum as a direct drop-in replacement, it clamps a standard 25mm CO2 laser mirror mechanically instead of bonding it. When the mirror wears out, loosen two set screws, drop in a new one, and you're back to cutting. The holder itself lasts the life of the machine.

Use any 25mm CO2 mirror you want
