An Aeon Laser Poll shows customers prefer the PiBurn Rotary!

Aeon Laser USA ran a poll on their forum, and I can’t wait to tell you about it. (Shared with permission.)

Here is what the poll asked and the results (as of Sept 23):

The question posed to Aeon customers was:

Which rotary do you use and why?

Overwhelmingly, respondents chose the PiBurn—representing 57% of votes.

But that’s not all.

One of the options reflected intent (planning to buy the new Aeon Multi-Roller when it’s out), which accounted for about 12% of responses. Removing “future intent” and looking only at actual purchases gives us this:

PiBurn’s dominance rises to 66% of actual rotary purchases in the Aeon poll.

Why do makers love the PiBurn?

PiBurn all the way. Not only is it easy to use but the customer service is exceptional. I also love that they keep up with resources and write blogs about ways to improve your rotary business.
