VertiGo Autofocus Probe Extension with Focal Gauge - Focus on Small Diameter Cups & Tumblers

Engraving small diameter cups, shot glasses, or skinny tumblers on your VertiGo? The stock autofocus probe can't reach objects that sit far from the laser head. This probe extension solves that, letting VertiGo autofocus reliably on small diameter items.

The extension slides right onto your existing autofocus probe and locks in place with two set screws. No tools beyond a hex key, no permanent modifications. Includes a manual focal gauge so you can dial in your exact Focal Distance setting in LightBurn and verify perfect focus every time.

How It Works

1. Slide the extension onto the stock probe and gently tighten the set screws (threads are plastic, hand-tight is enough)
2. In LightBurn, go to Laser Tools > Machine Settings and note your current Focal Distance (default 32.7)
3. Set it between 12 and 14 mm, autofocus on your cup, and use the included gauge to verify the gap
4. Adjust in 1 mm steps until the gauge just fits. Done.

Full printed instructions included. Removing the extension later? Just restore your original Focal Distance value and you're back to stock.
